Working as a Senior Research Specialist at the Library of Congress to do legislative research help for the US Congress and other researchers in the world.   Focused areas are: Asian S&T Policy, Genetics, Pharmacology, and Epidemiology.  

I also teach Japanese Science Policy and its history as an Adjunct Faculty at Johns Hopkins University.

I also serve as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Heredity (Oxford University Press), and run committee on East Asian STM to link world's tresures to researchers.  

Finally I also organize monthly discussion forum, Asain S&T Forum for Science Attches/Ministers from Embassies in Washinton area to meet top US Government offcials and policy specialists from the State Department, NSF, DOE, DOD, LC, and AAAS and discuss Asian Science Policy.
