• Assist the Research Manager in managing information and ensure high quality data are produced on time and which meets the research requirements.
• Organizing, collecting, analyzing, maintaining information related to the research as necessary.
• Ensure data of soft and hard copies through continuous reviews of existing documentation and update as documents are received.
• Serves as Workshop and Conferences coordinator, including being responsible for developing materials and coordinating with Managers, Logistics, and Program staff to ensure compliance.
• Responsible for developing Workshop and Conference schedule, minutes, reports, certificates, and ensuring high quality reports.
• Act as trainer of trainees for the data collection and team supervisor during the fieldwork.
• Assist in the training material preparation and responsible for the technical materials check.
• Tasks as assigned by the Research Managers or other members of the Research Unit as appropriate.
• Assist in quantitative and qualitative research activities on conduct and discipline issues and maintain links with relevant Research Unit on such issues
