Lecturer for Women 300/AES 322: Race, Class, and Gender.
Crafted a well thought out course syllabus for this course. Prepared daily lecture material and writing exercises that engaged students with issues about the intersectionality of race, class, and gender. Facilitated in-depth analytical discussions about social issues prevalent in US culture today. Created writing assignments and exams that tested their knowledge about course content. Utilized creative mediums to help students learn class. Incorporated a service learning option for students to integrate learning with community service practice.
