Currently I am a member of the R&D Team at Texas Tech University Libraries, where I do research in 3D technology and its use in the classroom, Big Data, Digitization and Business Continuity. The R&D Team investigates topics and issues prior to turning them into user-oriented library services.

I am a member of the Faculty Mentoring Committee and a members of the Faculty Research Team.

Recent publications and presentations include the areas of Stereoscopic 3D and using REDDnet for digital archiving.

I have been an Editorial Assistant for a print journal and have been on the Editorial Board for an electronic journal in education.

Research interests include how 3D may be used in working with autism. 

A section of our Research Team of which I am part, has been working on developing the classroom of the future, equipping it, and providing training. We are beginning to research the impact of the innovations that we have brought in.
