Christina Matone received a BA in Classics from Brooklyn College and an MPhil and PhD in Classics from Columbia University. She lives with her husband and four children in Manhattan and enjoys teaching students Greek, Latin, and great literature. Her research focuses on the expression of emotion through imagery, in particular in Apollonius of Rhodes’ Argonautica.
