Summary
Brian McNeil is currently a second-year graduate student pursuing an M.A. in Philosophy at Boston College. His principal research focuses upon the specific niche of Modern Social and Political Philosophy, broadly construed. Prior to this, he received two Bachelor Degrees in Economics and Accounting, along with a Masters Degree in Accounting, from Syracuse University. After working nearly five years in the private sector for PwC as an International Tax Consultant, Brian returned to academia in order to pursue his true passion of philosophy. Upon completion of the M.A. program this spring, he intends to continue his studies in Social and Political Philosophy at the doctorate level. Brian and his wife, Laura, currently reside in South Boston with their cat Athena.
