Summary
My teaching covers international gender/sexual issues, including human rights, alternative approaches to economics, and sexuality studies. I work well with undergraduates who are compelled by a liberal arts education that allows space and reflection for knowledge. I am also a good fit for students who appreciate taking critical considerations forward to their future work. My teaching is designed to enhance students' capacities for intellectually rigorous discussion and understanding different analytical frameworks. I work with graduate students interested in heterodox economics/political economy, sexuality studies, transnational flows, and methods engaged in observation (e.g., ethnography).
