Summary
Along with her current duties as the Criminal Justice Institute's Administrative Coordinator, Amy is also the HLS Trial Advocacy Workshop Coordinator. The workshop is an intensive three-week trial advocacy program culminating in a fully simulated trial with high school or law students serving as jurors. TAW students are instructed and critiqued by a faculty of experienced lawyers and judges who are renown across the country. Prior to joining CJI in 2011, Amy was the Staff Assistant III for Harvard Law School's Emmett Environmental Law & Policy Clinic since 2008. Amy's legal career began as a legal secretary at Burns & Farrey, an insurance defense law firm based out of Worcester and Boston, Massachusetts. She earned a B.A. in History from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
