Conducts service planning and design tasks needed to support operation of service. Evaluates and responds to service requests submitted by RTA employees, elected officials, general public. Analyzes ridership count data and other information to determine and recommend priorities for service changes and improvements on existing routes. Prepares reports and recommendations on a variety of service planning issues using statistics, research design, data compilation and analysis. Performs data analysis for social or economic research, creates maps and reports for Title VI compliance. Works independently to manage long term projects and reports, including Quarterly Route Performance, Productivity by Mode, Monthly Vehicle Stats for OMB.
