In the multicultural States, the federalism creates the particularly favorable condition to resolve the conflicts between the different groups of people and can so contribute to the peace in a country. The experience(experiment) shows that it succeeded well in many federal States.

But the federalism is not a panacea to resolve the conflicts between different peoples in a State. To make a success of this challenge, is not only needed a Constitution federalist. What is decisive, it is the capacity to develop a culture federalist in a country.

Nigeriais a pluralist corporation characterized archetype by languages, cultures, ethnic groups and differing geographic regions.  The scholar  argues that federalism represents a compromise solution for the multinational States as the Nigeria.  Composed unities wish a supranational framework with a government that guarantees the security for all in the State Nation, while recognizing and asserting at the same time the individualities of composed unities, all those that try to preserve their identity.  In this thesis the scholarconcludes that.
