I launched this group as a means of sharing ADVANCE related information with other faculty, women and men, from ADVANCE and non-ADVANCE institutions. I am interested in hearing from others regarding their experiences of academic institutions. Is your experience that academic institutions are inclusively faculty friendly? What are practices that help enhance that experience, specifically for women (women of color, international women, lesbian women, women who have chosen to be childless, mothers...etc.)
