My current research interest is in the phenomena of protein translocation across the membrane with a direct implication in medical research. I have investigated membrane translocation phenomena of a unique protein assembly derived from T4 Phage. As an outcome of this project, we have elucidated a very novel and fascinating mode of membrane permeation process.
